Girls Pre Competitive
Requirement: This class is by coach invitation only
Cubs 1 : 1.5 hours a week
Cubs 2: 3 Hours a Week
Pre Competitive girls class is designed for gymnast who will start the competitive path. Gymnasts are accepted into this class by coach assessment and fulfilling skills requirement. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and skill development on vault, bars, beam, and floor. This class is to further athletes' development as well as being introduced to a more intense strengthening program.
Boys Competitive
Requirement: This class is by coach invitation only
Level 1-2: Train 5 hours a week
Boys Competitive class is designed for the more advanced recreational male gymnast. Gymnasts are accepted into this class by coach assessment and fulfilling the minimum skill requirement. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and advanced skill development on vault, bars, beam, and floor. This class is to further athletes' development as well as being introduced to a more intense strengthening program.
Level 1-4 Competitive
Requirement: This class is by coach invitation only
Level 1- Train 4 hours per week
Level 2- train 6 hours per week
Level 3- Train 8 hours per week
Level 4-6 Train 10 Hous per week
This competitive stream program is divided into Levels. This program is by invite only, gymnasts that enter this stream can compete throughout the province.
