How To Register For Gymnastics

1. Create an account using the Parent's/Guardian's name

2. Under your account, add gymnast(s) as a "participant" 

3. Under Registration, Scroll to the correct season and class name for your child, select "register"   

4. Select which participant is to be enrolled in this program and then click "add" 

5. If you have more children to register you can select close.  You can then repeat #3 & #4 until you have added all classes to your cart.

6. When final class is added to the cart, Select View Cart, Complete billing information and review policies, Proceed to payment

What Program Do I Register My Child In?

Gymnasts are generally placed in the classes by age categories. Please read descriptions unless our Head Coach has recommended another class.

Class Registration Costs & Fee Pricing

Class fees are listed under programs and class descriptions.  In addition to Class Fees at check out these below fees will be added to your cart ONLY on the first session (Fall, Winter or Spring) you sign up your child Sept - June.   
1. MGA Fee $45 - Once per year each member must pay an annual the Manitoba Gymnastics Association Insurance Fee $45.  Our club pays this directly to them to cover your child incase of an injury. Paid ONLY on the first session you sign up your child Sept - June. If you choose to sign your child up for the next session for that year, you will then only pay the class fee.
* Note competitive parents pay $60 per year

2. Equipment Replacement Fee $25 - this money is used to repair and upgrade our equipment to ensure safety and to ensure gymnast have the equipment to change up their class routines and to further develop their skills.  Paid ONLY on the first session you sign up your child Sept - June. If you choose to sign your child up for the next session for that year, you will then only pay the class fee.

Payment Methods

1) E-Transfer - This is our preferred method! E- Transfer to the payment email: svcheetahspayments@gmail.com  (** NOT the regular club email)
* set password to gymnastics * AND memo on the E-transfer name of child and what payment is for.
If you would like confirmation of your e-transfer, please email svcheetahspayments@gmail.com. 

2) Credit Card - Payments are processed at time of registration.

3) Cheque - Please memo on bottom of cheque name of child and what payment is for.  We have a locked safe/drop box in the foyer of the building. Please put cheque in an envelope and clearly label name of child and what payment is for.

4) Cash - We REALLY discourage cash payments. If you wish to pay by cash, we have a locked safe/drop box in the foyer of the building. Please put cash in an envelope and clearly label name of child and what payment is for.

5) Third-Party Funding - There are many programs available that provide funding to ensure all kids get a chance to play. See the Registration Funding page for more information. 

***IMPORTANT - Please note that if you are using third-party funding for registration fees, our preference is that you pay the registration upfront using one of the methods available and the third party pays directly to you. If this is not possible, please contact the Treasurer directly at svcheetahstreasure@gmail.com to provide documentation and create a payment plan. Your child will not be considered registered and will not be able to participate without payment or documentation.***

YES!  You Can Make Smaller Payments!
We allow fees to be paid in installments vs one full payment.  

Recreational parents can pay over 3 installments. First payment will be due Sept 27th. 2nd payment - Oct 20th, 3rd payment - Nov 20th. 
Pre competitive & competitive parents can pay over 4 installments. First payment will be due Sept 27th. 2nd payment - Oct 20th, 3rd payment - Nov 20th, and 4th payment will be Dec 20th 2021.  

* Choose installments at check out.  Installment amounts and dates will be shown on the right side of your check out and also printed on your invoice! 

What To Wear - A bodysuit or t-shirt & shorts. No socks or shoes. Barefoot is best!  No jeans, hoodies or bodysuits with skirts attached. If gymnast feel more comfortable they can also wear leggings or joggers that are TIGHT to the body from top to bottom and have no feet (no pantyhose).
