School Field Trips
Students will be have the opportunity to visit the gymnastics facility for a one hour field trip to learn and have fun exploring the sport of gymnastics.
Cost: $5/child +$125/rental
Dress Code
- No jewelry of any type can be worn
- Hair must be tied away from the face at all times
- No shoes are allowed on the gym floor. Bare feet are recommended. Socks and tights are unsafe in the gym because they are slippery on the apparatus/equipment, mats and hard floors, therefore they are not allowed.
- Girls attire: Gymnastics leotard or biketards, fitted shorts or pants and a T-shirt tucked. No skirts, dresses, buckles, belts or zippers.
- Boys attire: T-shirt tucked into shorts or pants that are not too baggy. No buckles, belts or zippers.
Physical Education Classes
Physical Education Classes
Classes can sign up for a 6-week program at our facility to build and increase their knowledge and skills in gymnastics. The Canadian Gymnastics curriculum is followed, so at the end of the 6 classes, the students will receive a report card that documents their achievements in the program. Each lesson is 1 hour.

*If the group is larger than 20 students, an additional coaching fee of $25/lesson will be charged. $50 for groups larger than 28.
Special Needs
We can accommodate small groups of up to 8 students to provide for those who may need a smaller class or quieter environment.

High School PE
High school students can arrange to have classes in our gym to work towards their Physical Education requirements.
