Funding programs are available to ensure all kids have a chance to play!
For kids in need, a chance to play is about more than just getting active. It’s a chance to boost their self-esteem. A chance to nurture their creativity and help them do better in school. It's a chance to connect them to their communities, so they can be a part of something bigger!
Self Esteem: Sports and physical activity are a proven way to boost kids’ self-worth, confidence, and overall mental health
Social Skills: Playing on a team can help kids work together, feel included, and build friendships that last a lifetime.
Academics: Getting active can help kids stay positive in school, improve their grades, and be driven to achieve their goals.
* Please check income guidelines on the websites below as you may be eligible! *
***IMPORTANT - Please note that if you are using third-party funding for registration fees, our preference is that you pay the registration upfront using one of the methods available and the third party pays directly to you. If this is not possible, please contact the Treasurer directly at svcheetahstreasure@gmail.com to provide documentation and create a payment plan. Your child will not be considered registered and will not be able to participate without payment or documentation.***

KidSport: provides grants of up to $300 per eligible child, per year, from families facing financial barriers so they can participate in registered sport programs and experience the lifelong benefits of a season of sport.
*When applying please note that we are in the West Region*
