What better way to celebrate your special day than with games, swinging on the bars, walk on the balance beams, climb the rope, and jump on the trampolines!
The first 60 minutes of your party will be out in the gym having a blast playing age-appropriate games and doing gymnastics, led by our qualified coaches! You will have the option to extend the birthday party if you choose.
The final 45 minutes of your child’s celebration will reserved for food, cake, and presents! All food and supplies are to be provided by the party host.
Please Note: Any children 1-3 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult. The adults accompanying the young children and the birthday child’s parents will be the only ones in the gym area.
Adults are in the gym for maximum supervision of the young children. Use of the equipment by the adults is strictly prohibited. All children MUST be under a coach supervision and parent and child MUST follow the coach directions.
How To Book A Birthday Party
1. Create an account using the Parent name
2. Under your account, add gymnasts "participant"
3. on the main page CLICK Registration, a new page will open, Under Registration, Scroll to: Private Bookings: Birthday Party, select "register" on the month you would like to book your party
4. Select which participant is to be enrolled in this program (birthday party) and then select date for birthday party and click "add"
5. Select View Cart, Choose to add more kids or/and more time. Complete billing information and review policies, Proceed to payment.
*We will contact you via email within 48 hours of booking to confirm your party details

Basic Package- $174.00 + $15 Insurance Fee =$189.00

Payment - book and pay the "base price $189, include Insurance, before you pay you get the option to add more kids or more time, then click on calculate to see the total cost of your party. if you are happy with your choice proceed to pay.
The cost of the party is non-refundable 6 days before the party. But you can always change the date.
You will receive a receive a email confirmation for your party.
Any changes to the initial booking information must be on an email.
** The remaining balance must be paid on or before the party date.

Safety Precautions
For safety, all party participants must be in comfortable clothing. Appropriate attire: shorts, sweat pants, t-shirts (no jeans, or dresses) and must be bare feet. All long hair must be tied back.
Only parents of the birthday child permitted inside the gym area. All other adults can watch through the viewing area. A code of conduct and policy agreement must be signed before the start of the party.
