This program is designed to help improve each child’s balance, strength, and coordination in a safe and stimulating environment through the use of gymnastics equipment. Social and self-confidence skills are enhanced through activities. This is a great opportunity to spend quality time with your child engaging in activities that develop many dominant movement patterns in gymnastics.
Beginner Boys Rec
Required age: 6-10 years old as of registration
*No prior experience needed*
The focus is on developing boys' strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and encouraging environment. This program engages with activities on all of the major gym events. Gymnasts in this class are tested using the Cangym program, levels Burgundy, Red and Tan.
Advanced Boys
Required age: 6+ as of Registration
This program is for Boys who have mastered the introductory gymnastics skills through participation in the Beginner Boys program. Advanced Boys requires the Tan Cangym level to be mastered before moving up to this Class. Testing using the Cangym program will be continued, levels Bronze, Purple and Blue.

Kinder Gym
Required age: 3-4 years old as of December 31.

This program introduces preschoolers to the basics of gymnastics through a structured and fun atmosphere. Vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline will be explored in this highly energetic class using the Just for Kids Equipment in the gym.
Kinder Gym Advanced
Required age: 4-5 years old as of registration
Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of gymnastics apparatus as well as trampoline. Gymnasts will be tested using the Cangym program and will move up in levels as they complete prescribed skills. Burgundy level in Cangym must be mastered to move up to next level.
Tumbling & Trampoline
Beginner
Age Requirement: 8+ years old as of registration

This beginner program requires no prior experience for young male and female gymnasts to learn the basics of trampoline and tumbling progressions following the JumpCan Program levels 1-7.
Tumblers 1
Required age: 5-7 years old as of Registration
*No prior experience needed*
This program is for gymnasts with no previous experience. Encourages their curiosity with activities on all of the major gym events, vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
Gymnasts will be tested using the Cangym program and move up in levels as they complete prescribed skills. Cangym Tan must be mastered to move to next level.
Tumblers 2
Required age: 7-8 years old as of registration
This program is for gymnasts who have mastered the introductory gymnastics skills through participation in the Tumblers 1 program.
Testing using the Cangym program will be continued. Tumblers 2 requires both the Tan and Bronze Cangym levels to be mastered before moving up to Ariels.
Ariels
Required age: 9+ years old as of registration
This program is for girls who have mastered the intermediate gymnastics skills through participation in the Tumblers 2 or Flippers 2 program. Testing using the Cangym program will be continued, Purple and Blue levels.
Flippers 1
Required age: 9+ years old as of registration

This program is for girls who have no previous gymnastics experience. The focus is on skill development. Gymnasts will be tested using the Cangym program and move up in levels as they complete prescribed skills. Tan Cangym level must be mastered to move up to next level.
Flippers 2
Required age: 9+ as of registration
This program is for girls who have mastered the introductory gymnastics skills through participation in the Flippers 1 program. Testing using the Cangym program will be continued. Flippers 2 requires both the Tan and Bronze Cangym levels to be mastered before moving up to Ariels.
Sensory Gym
Age Requirement: All Ages

Special Needs Class is a no Structured class. Sensory gyms have been proven to help with fine motor skills, body awareness, increased social skills as well as improve muscle strength, coordination, and balance. A recent study demonstrates that gyms help children exercise independence, communicate better, and strengthen their self-care habits and attention spans.
