What To Wear - A bodysuit or t-shirt & shorts. No socks or shoes. Barefoot is best!  No jeans, hoodies or bodysuits with skirts attached. If gymnast feel more comfortable, they can also wear leggings or joggers that a TIGHT to the body from top to bottom and have no feet (pantyhose)
Gymnasts should come ready for class
Example: no earrings that may get caught (studs only please),  hair securely put up, out of face, no bobby pins for safety please use barrettes instead.  no large buns as gymnasts have a hard time rolling. 

What to Bring: Bring a filled labelled water bottle.
